By creating an account or using StudyVault ("the App", "the Service"), you confirm you are a student looking for better learning efficiency, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
StudyVault is built for college/university students, primarily those at KIIT. You must provide accurate information (name, roll number, email) when creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at whatswithavi@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to use StudyVault's materials to help your own studies and to support your classmates. In particular, you agree not to:
StudyVault's tools — notes, flashcards, quizzes, spaced repetition, and streaks — are built to support your success, but we make no guarantee about exam outcomes, grades, or results. Your final results depend on your own effort and preparation.
Your account gives you access to student-picked study materials for your own personal, non-commercial study use only. Access is tied to your account and semester selection and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed to anyone else.
StudyVault is an educational indexing platform. We do not host, store, or claim ownership of video content displayed via the embedded YouTube player — all video rights, monetization, and metadata belong solely to their original creators and to YouTube. Notes, PYQs, and other study material indexed on the platform remain the property of their respective original authors/contributors; StudyVault organizes and surfaces them for study purposes.
Our "StudySnap AI" feature generates summaries, flashcards, and practice questions from images you upload. This output is generated per-user, on demand, from material you personally provide — we do not store or redistribute your uploaded images beyond what's needed to process and, if you choose, save the result to your own account. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies; use your own judgment and verify against your course material before relying on it for exams.
StudyVault uses Google AdSense and/or Google AdMob to display ads. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this app or other sites, and to measure ad performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Some features may unlock ad-free access as part of paid or promotional offerings, where available.
The StudyVault name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by StudyVault and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the App for personal study purposes, these Terms do not grant you any rights to StudyVault's trademarks, branding, or source code.
StudyVault is intended for college/university students and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
You may stop using StudyVault and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse of the platform, or pose a security risk to other users, with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Service.
StudyVault is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or completeness of indexed study material. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyVault and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including exam results — arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of StudyVault after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of StudyVault will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

If you believe content indexed or linked on StudyVault infringes your copyright, email whatswithavi@gmail.com with identification of the work, its URL/location within StudyVault, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We aim to respond within 48–72 hours.
